Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

The return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@foodfuly.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*We do not cover any shipping costs as well as shipping labels for returning the products.

We will not be returning your shipping cost if the product is already shipped. 

Once we receive the item back from you, we will refund the value of the product.

We reserve the right to charge an Order Cancellation Fee for every cancellation request to meet order handling, payment processing, and administrative charges incurred in processing your order as well as cancellation request.

The customer should receive a email confirmation if the cancellation is accepted. 

Issues With Addresses

If there are any issues with the address that you used to place your order, we cannot modify the information once your order has been fulfilled. 

We will not provide any refunds for wrong addresses or unknown addresses. You may contact customer support regarding this issue and receive a discount code on your next order.

In this case, the customer can contact customer support regarding this issue and receive a discount on their next order or you can get store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
